WILLENHALL, WEST MIDLANDS – Valve Supply Ltd, a leading specialist in industrial valve distribution, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Process Valve Supplies Limited and Zipson Valves UK Limited.
This strategic move establishes a unified national leader in valve supply, combining Valve Supply Ltd.'s rapid-response distribution model with the deep technical expertise of the Northwest-based firms. To maximise efficiency and enhance nationwide delivery capabilities, all inventory and operations have now been consolidated within Valve Supply Ltd.'s West Midlands distribution centre.
A New Chapter for Industry Expertise
As part of this transition, Valve Supply Ltd is delighted to welcome Peter Millward to the senior leadership team. Peter joins the Willenhall-based operation with over four decades of industry experience. As the founding director of Process Valve Supplies since 1992, he brings unparalleled expertise across the chemical, process, and water sectors.
